David Moon – Lead Vocals,
Rhythm Guitar, Percussion
Was born 3500 km due east of Langley, and, with guitar in hand, and in the course of defending and entertaining his fellow man, travelled west those many miles and stopped at the Pacific Ocean, where.....
He found his muse, he found like-minded friends and found his purpose. And after many years of cover songs on street corners and ballads in bars, the stars came together and the earth stood still. A band was born, and a new songwriter was born. The music never stops, and it never will...
Kathy Neudorf – Harmony Vocals
Kathy is a multidisciplinary artist, with paintings hung in galleries, poetry read on television, and photos published in magazines. She would appreciate a parallel existence to fit everything in! Music has been a part of Kathy’s life since
childhood. She joined her first band at 16, and is currently adventuring with KatMoon. She's loving the journey and those three part harmonies. Her poetry has evolved into heartfelt song lyrics that contribute to KatMoon’s
original catalogue.
Diane Gendron – Harmony Vocals, Bass
Guitar
Performing on stage started for Diane
when she was three years old – singing, then playing piano and acting have
always been a delightful part of her life. Over the years, she has sung lead
and harmonies with various bands, and in 2007 she was encouraged to pick up a
bass guitar by the leader of the band she was singing with. She feels
fortunate to be singing and playing the bass now with her talented bandmates
and enjoys every minute practicing and performing with the creative people in
KatMoon.
DJ – Lead Guitar, Vocals
At the tender age of 12, David “DJ” Johnson mowed
neighbors’ lawns to buy his first guitar…and it has never been far from his
hands since. After honing his chops for decades, he has found the perfect home
with KatMoon where his soaring, melodic solos and tasty rhythmic fills
complement perfectly his bandmates’ original compositions, riveting lead
vocals, grab-you-by-the-ears three part harmonies and all-round boundless
energy and presence. Some things are just meant to be.
